After the first night the A/C broke I was told "turn the system off for a bit then turn it back on and it should work." It never worked, at 5 a.m. it was 50F outside but 81F inside. It was miserable! Then the day before we left they needed to bring a contractor by to look at something. I asked them to look at the A/C unit. When they left they didn't properly shut the door, so it was unlocked and was partially open when we got back. The yard was covered in dog feces! I never saw another dog on a leash, was charged at by different dogs multiple times, by multiple dogs that lived in the other apartments. The pet fee is 110 per pet and only found that out after I booked and they charged me after I left. You couldn't even have the fire place and TV going at the same time because of how the plug was. There were so many unexpected surprises, especially for m for the priceu for

Great location close to Tanger outlets only 30 minutes from Savannah and 45 from ocean front. Apartment just a few blocks from police department. Safe and quiet neighborhood
