Staff extremely rude. We had booked two day stay at this hotel. They did not like that we booked through orbits and wanted us to book directly through them. Upon arrival we were not greeted and were told they were busy and that we would have to wait for check in. once they finally checked us in we were given keys to our room. I was so tired and went to lay down and see the sheets had stains on them . So, I was about to go down to the reception area to complain when I met with the cleaning lady . She came and saw the dirty sheets and told the manager who moved us to another room. I realized at that time that this room had not been cleaned, b/ c our new room had the paper over the toilet etc. stating it had been cleaned. We made sure that since we had done two separate bookings with orbits and added an extra day it would be ok to remain in the same room. We were told we could stay in the same room both nights, BUT the next morning we left to go sightsee and come back late only to find out our key to our bedroom would not work and a man answered the door to the room we had left all our luggage and belongings in!!! I was freaked out and I told him this is our room. He didnât understand. I showed him the key with the same room number. He was surprised , but said no suitcases or anything was in the room. I was panicked and worried and began to cry went to the receptionist who didnât speak English and had to call this lady. She came and told us that she moved all our belongings!!
