In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 1.4 km, thermal baths "Bormio Terme" 38 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Passo del Tonale 15 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 26 km, Bormio 38 km. Hiking paths: Laghetto di Viso-Rifugio Angelino Bozzi, Valle delle Messi-Rifugio Valmalza, Passo Paradiso-Capanna Presena. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

It would be good to provide more pots in kitchen and cabinet to one bedroom. Wood to fireplace must be bought. Room or space for skis is not available.
