Old Galician Farm House of the early twentieth century, made by Master Stonemason D. José Hermida Cal and restored in 2015, maintaining the original architecture of the construction.

The house, in its origins, was used as a home by Don José himself and his family, then,
over the years, it was converted into a carpentry workshop, lumberyard, and farm implements depot.

During the rehabilitation, we wanted to respect its architecture to the maximum, conserving its stone walls, which are between eighty centimeters and one meter thick, recovering its Oak and Eucalyptus beams.

The result obtained is a house with stone walls and authentic wood floors that give the traveler a feeling of going back in time, but with the comforts and luxuries of the 21st century.

Aunque ya ha pasado casi un año, estuvimos una semana en verano del año pasado, no queríamos dejar pasar la oportunidad de comentar nuestra experiencia. Estuvimos 2 familias con 4 niños. La casa está fenomenal, muy bien equipada y muy cómoda. La cocina es muy amplia y permite cocinar y comer a gusto. El jardín es amplio y muy agradable para comer/cenar. Además Juany y Jose tuvieron muchos detalles como el desayuno y estuvieron muy pendientes por si necesitábamos algo. Este año no podemos pero el que viene seguro que repetimos. Hemos pasado un fin de semana, varias parejas con niños pequeños, y hemos quedado encantados tanto con el trato de los propietarios, como con todo lo relacionando con la casa. La recomiendo encarecidamente.

Como en casa de bien

Primero agradecer a los propietarios sus atenciones para con nosotros. La casa esta en perfecto orden y decorada con mucho gusto y todo muy comodo. Las habitaciones son amplias y los colchones muy cómodos, la única pega es que las camas dobles tienen una almohada grande en lugar de dos individuales, pero creo que si se lo hubiéramos dicho a Juany lo habría solucionado. Al llegar nos estaban esperando los propietarios tal y como habíamos quedado, como detalle se atención habían dejado todo lo necesarios para desayunar varias veces. El jardín muy cuidado y el entorno muy tranquilo lo que facilita el sueño. Amplio espacio para aparcar dentro de la finca Nuevamente gracias en nombre de toda la familia, nos veremos de nuevo

La casa en maravillosa,, tanto como sus propietarios! son encantadores, atentos y detallistas y nos han hecho sentir como en casa. volveremos seguro. en la escala del 1 al 10,la valoracion es de 9,5 . El 10 se lo llevaria si tuviera mejor iluminacion en la cocina y esta estuviera mejor equipada en cuanto a sartenes -que habria que recambiar- y poco mas

MAGNÍFICA CASA

Todo fenomenal, casa muy buena, de máxima calidad y nueva. Los dueños, encantadores y perfectamente en su lugar. Por poner algo que entiendo podría ayudar para el futuro, yo valoraría la posibilidad de rebajar algo el precio para grupos de menor tamaño y así acceder a más opciones de venta. El precio, con ocupación completa de la vivienda en 8 personas, lo veo correcto, pero si se ofrece la opción para ocupaciones con 5 ó 4 personas a un precio inferior, es posible que se animase más gente, pues la casa realmente vale la pena. Excelente! ¡La primera casa que alquilamos sin barreras arquitectónicas!

Pasamos un Fin de semana Genial!!. Con la Familia, a pesar de que nos toco pasado por agua, la casa se presto, y mucho , super completa, con una decoración exquisita, ( Felicito a los propietarios) acogedora y agradable, las estancias todas amplias,( Bueno las de arriba yo no he podido verlas por mi mismo, pero todos estaban de acuerdo en que están muy bien. Por fin he podido moverme por una casa rural con la silla!, Gracias El trato de los propietarios muy acogedores Juany , volveremos!! Muchas gracias por el trato La Verdad la recomiendo

Una experiencia inolvidable

Hemos pasado uno de los mejores fines de semana de escapada de todos los de nuestras vidas, lo digo enserio. La casa nueva, super limpia, totalmente equipada y cada detalle cuidado al milímetro. El entorno es una maravilla para hacer cualquier tipo de actividad, desde bici, paseos , canoas... ¡ Una maravilla !. El trato de los dueños inmejorable y el detalle que han tenido en el desayuno ya ni hablo... mejor que lo viváis por vosotros mismos!!!! Una pena que solamente pudimos ir 3 días , para la próxima mínimo la semana íntegra . Repetiremos sin duda
