The only thing I disliked was that there is no way to prepare a hot drink in the room. There is a vending machine in the corridor but I was unable to make it work. Also the information on Hotels.com did not make the out of hours check in process clear. Luckily I arrived while the receptionist was present.

J’ai rĂ©server une chambre hier le nom de famille de mon mari a un Â«Â ĂŒÂ Â» rĂ©sultat impossible de rentrer dans la chambre obligĂ© de repayer une deuxiĂšme fois suite Ă  un appel auprĂšs de l’hĂŽtel la standardiste a tout simplement accusĂ© mon mari d’ĂȘtre un incapable de ne pas savoir faire correctement la rĂ©servation et par dessus elle a mal parlĂ© sur un ton dĂ©sobligeant malgrĂ© que nous ne pouvons pas sur le clavier rentrer la bonne Ă©criture du nom de famille nous n’avons obtenu aucun remboursement ni mĂȘme une excuse pour la gĂȘne occasionnĂ©e car mon mari conduit des voitures pilotes et parfois arrive en pleine nuit dans l’hĂŽtel bref pas de numĂ©ro sur la porte tout ça pour ĂȘtre Ă  limite d’ĂȘtre traitĂ© d’incapable vraiment pas contente alors que le premier voyage sur cet hĂŽtel c’était bien dĂ©roulĂ© mais le comportement de l’accueil est vraiment Ă  revoir !!!!!

ObligĂ© de lui rappeler plus tard mais elle Ă©tait occupĂ©e Ă  faire la causette avec une collĂšgue je suppose. Personne Ă  la rĂ©ception pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, plus de pain qui s'avĂšre devoir ĂȘtre dĂ©congelĂ© avant d'ĂȘtre servi. Mini croissants et pains au chocolat datant de la veille donc rassis. Bien que les murs ne sont pas Ă©pais et qu on entend les moindres chuchottements des voisins de chambre l’hĂŽtel est pas trop mal. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Le vrai + de cet hĂŽtel sont les bornes de rechargement (nombreuses) pour les voitures Ă©lectriques et la borne permettant une arrivĂ©e en autonomie H24. La propretĂ© est Ă  amĂ©liorer (joints de carrelage moisi dans la douche et lavabo de salle de bain plein de cheveux ne datant pas de la veille) IdĂ©al pour 1 escale mais pas pour 1 sĂ©jour.

Je suis arrivĂ© dans une chambre infestĂ©e d’araignĂ©es, y compris sur le lit. J’ai essayĂ© de signaler le problĂšme, on m’a proposĂ© un changement de chambre, que j’ai refusĂ© vu l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral du lieu. J’ai quittĂ© l’hĂŽtel immĂ©diatement, sans utiliser la chambre, mais aucun remboursement ne m’a Ă©tĂ© accordĂ©. ExpĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©cevante, aucun geste commercial, aucune empathie. Une chambre moyenne sans clim avec un lavabo sans bonde et surtout non nettoyé. Le matin, aprÚs une nuit chaude (pas de clim dans la chambre), il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'ai attendu plus de 10 minutes l'eau chaude mais rien n'est arrivé. A la réception, la réponse de la responsable : "c'est normal, il y a trop de clients qui prennent leur douche le matin" !!! Quant au petit déjeuner, il est médiocre avec du jambon blanc qui est plutÎt de l'épaule trÚs bas de gamme, et il a fallu que je demande du beurre et que l'on remette le lait en place... Pour une nuit d'étape c'est bon, mais pas pour y rester. Vraiment trÚs déçu bien que la déco soit sympa. Enfin, l'éclairage des chambre est faible !

fuite d'eau sous le lavabo. ampoule grillée dans salle de bain ampoule grillée dans chambre, j'ai regardé si elle n'était pas dévissée mais non. Par contre, il y avait plein de poussiÚre au dessus du lit et de la lampe. Je suis arrivée le vendredi soir. J'avais amené une serviette qui m'a été prise le samedi dans la journée puisque j'étais absente ; je l'ai constaté le soir à mon retour à l'hötel.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est !

L'hĂŽtel indique qu'on peut arriver pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la chambre Ă  13h. J'arrive Ă  13h10, toujours pas prĂȘte. Ensuite, je reviens Ă  14h car l'hĂŽte d'accueil me dit que ça sera prĂȘt. C'est faux, finalement 14h30 j'ai accĂšs Ă  la chambre. Ensuite, l'Ă©tat de la salle de bain est lamentable, crasse au sol sur les joints. Le lit double demandĂ©, j'avais deux lits simples. Et sinon c'est tellement pas insonorisĂ© que tu suis les conversations de tout les autres personnes. Bref, une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience.
