Oct/Nov Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.
