The ultimate beachfront getaway, this beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the quiet town of Ponce Inlet which is north of New Smyrna and South of Daytona Beach. Although Ponce Inlet is only 25 minutes from the Daytona Beach International Airport, it doesn't have the hustle and bustle of larger beach towns.
The unit is on the 6th floor giving you breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean via the sliding doors in the living room and primary bedroom. The doors provide access to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and both bathrooms have recently been remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances are new. Enjoy the reading room nook where you can unwind with a good book or browse the internet via the high-speed wifi. There is also a small work center in the primary bedroom (i.e. desk and printer).
You will be given access to a parking spot in the underground parking facility. This makes it very easy to transport your belongings to and from the unit. The complex has three different pools and spas that are all located beachside (one of the pools is heated year-around). And, if you're into working out, there is a wonderful fitness center including a sauna.
So get ready to unplug, have fun, make memories, and enjoy this amazing beach condo!
