ood value hotel but could use new showers.

Good hotel for the price. The showers were a bit old and dirty and could use replacing. Also couldnt find any way to adjust the water temperature. Also, the AC kept dying every now and then. Other than that, a good hotel and nice staff. Convenient location for car with free and safe parking. Also good spot for visiting pompei ruins and walking distance to nice restaurants.

Great value for money. We arrived at 9:30 pm. No issue parking on the premises. At check in we got a complementary welcome drink reception spoke great English. They kept restaurant kitchen open for us and we’re able to order dinner at the restaurant 9:45pm (closed at 10). Hot water, good water pressure. Breakfast was also easy. We would stay there again!

Proved to be a much better option than staying in Naples - quieter, better value, felt much safer in the evening and the train provided fast and cheap access to the entire region. Staff organized personalized tours on short notice helping to maximize time.

We had a great stay! It’s right off the highway, so easy to find and free parking. It is about a 25-30 min walk into the main square and the meeting site for Pompeii tours, but we didn’t mind! We stayed in off season so even got a room upgrade with a balcony! And the breakfast selection was great! Would def recommend- esp if you need free parking during your stay!

The hotel was not as modern and comfortable as most others, but it had the best and most welcoming staff, out of many hotels that we have stayed in the past. The location of the hotel was also ideal for anyone driving to Naples, Amalfi etc, as it is very near the entry/exit to A3. This saves a lot of time. It is not great for anyone planning to use a train/public transport - for them a stay in Naples would be a better option.

The overall cleanliness was outstanding , all staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was a little hard to navigate when ordering meals, no olives as starters , hotel shuttle was a nice touch, bed was comfortable but dont open the windows unleas you want to be eaten alive by mosquitos.

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The gentleman who worked in the early morning hours went out of his way to give us a ride to the train station when a taxi could not pick us up. This was the best service we received from any hotel staff in all the hotels we stayed in Italy on our 18 day journey. The young lady who worked in the morning at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and helpful. We left on two different days earlier than the breakfast start time if 7am because of a tour and our departure time was between 630 and 645 am. On both day she happily served us breakfast and even went out of her way to make some scrambled eggs for us. She was great! Pompei resort is tops and number 1 on our hotel list because of the service provided. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Italy.

Nice hotel close to town center

Very nice hotel about 10mn walk from the town center / about 35mn walk from Pompeii ruins main entrance. The hotel has a shuttle that can take you to the ruins. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

A nice, basic hotel, but a good walk from the ruin

This is a nice hotel, the room was at the nicer end of basic - it had a fridge and a TV but lacked other basics like a mirror over the dressing table or tea making facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is a little remote - don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a quick walk to the ruins (especially in the heat of August) Breakfast was again ok, nothing breathtaking, but the normal offerings of a continental hotel.

This resort isn't an "upper class" type of a place if you're thinking it might be from the way the pictures look. Place is a bit outdated and rooms not that comfortable. I was supposed to stay here for three days with my family (we booked two rooms for the three of us...we had one family member become ill so we only ended up needing one room) for the purpose of visiting the nearby Amalfi Coast and other areas. When realizing this place wasn't exactly the nicest place to stay and farther than we thought from where we wanted to go, we decided to get a place actually on the coast. We were hoping to at least get partial compensation for not only the room we ended up not using, but also for the fact that we were going to be leaving early without using the rooms at all for two nights. I understand this is a business, and what we were asking for was outside our booking agreement, but the resort refused to budge on anything. We ended up giving back over $500 to the resort for the extra room and nights of both rooms not being used. By the way, Expedia went above and beyond trying to help us out, which we really appreciated! Because of the resort treating everything like black and white, and not trying to help us out at all, we would never return here again. Again, I understand it's a business, but to get over $500 for no usage of the rooms just seemed a bit extreme. This is more of a place for families on a budget...just don't expected to be treated "warmly" if any issues arise.
