Apartment in a Sea style. Dreamers who wanted to go freelance and sit with a laptop on their own yacht should consider converting the room into a captain's cabin. The interior designer thought out the style to the smallest detail: wall map and interior accessories - binoculars, barometer, steering wheel. Even the lamps and curtains carry thoughts to the lighthouse at the edge of the sea.
My dad came up with the design ideas - the 2nd mate on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean. And it was embodied by his friend-designer Augusto from Italy

3. Everything works and is in perfect condition.
4. Bedding and towels: 100% cotton, new and always clean.
5. Own high-speed Wi-Fi 100 Mbs.
6. The kitchen always has: sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, spices and sunflower oil.
7. New cookware Luminarc.
8. Hot water round the clock (electric boiler).
9. We work officially and pay taxes. For business travelers we provide reporting documentation (3rd group of private entrepreneurs for legal entities and individuals). Cashless paymen. Contract
10. There is a 10% cashback system and discounts for regular guests
11. We have cleanliness standards. Cleaning is carried out with modern disinfectants.
