PALAZZO SCOLARI in POLPENAZZE DEL GARDA is a historic dwelling used at the time for viniculture and silk processing, originally composed of a manor house and satellite buildings used as stables, cellars and lodgings for service personnel. In it it has been realized a remarkable restoration by the truly unique result which has led to the realization of some apartments one of which is the subject of our proposal

Erholsamer Urlaub in Polpenazze del Garda

Wir haben uns in Polpenazze del Garda sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom Gardasee entfernt. Fast direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine sehr leckere Eisdiele, einen Bäcker und einen Lebensmittelladen, sowie einige Bars mit kleinen Speisen. Restaurants sind dagegen eher Mangelware. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine abschließbare Garage. Der Pool der Wohnanlage kann mitgenutzt werden. Bei Temperaturen jenseits der 30 Grad wünscht man sich lediglich eine Klimaanlage. Nochmal Danke an Corrado für die Tipps und die schnelle Hilfe bei technischen Problemen.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Ruhige Lage, schöne Wohnung, gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafe fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Aussichtsterrasse mit weitem Blick über den See. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, angenehm die Tiefgarage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub geniessen können.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op prachtige plek. Eigenaar heel behulpzaam. Enigste aandachtspuntje is dan misschien installeren van airco. Maar verder super mooi appartement met heerlijk zwembad.

Tolle Unterkunft

Corrado ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er gibt viele Tipps und ist stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sein Appartment ist super sauber, geräumig und hat alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Einzig eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Und bei der Kirchenmusik sollte man sehr starke Nerven haben. Die Lage des Appartment ist ansonsten ok. Man braucht schon einige Minuten zum Strand mit dem Auto. Die Eisdiele direkt vor der Tür macht das beste Eis was es gibt. Die Anlage ist zu allen Seiten gesichert und der Pool ist schön groß und angenehm. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir haben uns bei Corrado insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Gardasee ohne Touristentrubel

Das Stadtpalazzo hat alles erfüllt, was es versprochen hat. Corrado ist ein toller Vermieter und Gastgeber. Er stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderschöne Woche in Polpenazze del Garda verbracht. Der kleine Ort unweit des Gardasees hat alles, was man braucht. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ein muss ist die Gelateria Vassalli, die nur einen Steinwurf vom Palazzo entfernt ist. Wir waren jeden Tag dort. Wer im Ort Essen gehen möchte, kommt nicht am Restaurant „Antica Trattoria Miravalle“ vorbei. Authentische italienische Küche mit sehr aufmerksamen freundlichen Servicekräften. Aber eine Reservierung ist notwendig!!! Das einzige, was in der Wohnung im Palazzo gefehlt hat, sind Weingläser - und das im Land von Wein und Essen. Wir waren fast so weit, selbst Weingläser zu kaufen. Aber das kann Corrado ja noch nachholen. Unser Fazit: Wer den Gardasee von seiner besten Seite ohne Touristentrubel erleben möchte, ist hier voll und ganz richtig aufgehoben. Danke Corrado!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Tolle Ferienwohnung, erfüllt alle Wünsche. Für Kaffeetrinker wird empfohlen eine Maschine mitzubringen an das Geläute des naheliegenden Domes gewöhnt man sich. Die naheliegende Eisdiele und der Bäcker sind absolute Spitze

Schönes gepflegte Wohnung in wundervoller Wohnanlage und tollem Ort.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer schönen und gesicherten Wohnanlage. Die Garage die zur Wohnung gehört ist ebenso sehr modern. Das Glockenspiel der nahegelegenen Kirche ist sehr individuell und hat uns nicht gestört da wir selbst. unterhalb einer Kirche wohnen. Das einzige was um diese Jahreszeit Verbesserungswürdig wäre ist eine wärmere Zudecke. Ich persönlich mag auch lieber eine eigene Zudecke. Die Kissen und die Matratze sind wirklich hervorragend Es befindet sich in unmittelbare Nähe ein Bäcker, Metzger eine super Eisdiele und ein kleiner Laden mit den nötigsten Lebensmitteln. Also diese Wohnung kann ich wirklich empfehlen.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, ideal für zwei Personen

Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung, das gemütliche Dorf mit allem Nötigen in der Nähe und die gesamte Gegend sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die gesamte Anlage und die höflichen Mitbewohner sind sehr angenehm. Mit den ÖV nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, aber mit der entsprechenden Flexibiität und einer Fahrradmiete (im nächsten Dorf) gut zu Handhaben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Typisch italienisch - wundervoll!

Wir haben 11 Tage in einer wundervollen Anlage verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im inneren der Anlage mit Blick über den Pool auf die Berge. Das Pallazo besteht aus ca. 25 Wohnung in 3 Häusern. Etliche Wohnungen sind als Ferienwohnungen umfunktioniert. Jetzt im September waren nicht alle Wohnungen von Feriengästen belegt, aber auch die einzelnen Wohnungen waren nicht alle belegt, teils nur am WE. Insofern hatten wir den Pool immer für uns alleine. Das Pallazo liegt in einem reizvollen italienischen Dörfchen direkt im Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen Bäcker, Metzger, Feinkosthändler, Eisdiele (hervorragend !), 2 Friseure, Tabakladen, 2 Bars (ab 7 Uhr wundervolles Frühstück, traumhafte Brioche´s) und eine Kirche, die alle 30 Minuten schlägt (Tag und Nacht) und morgens um 7 Uhr und am Sonntag um 20 Uhr gibt es noch ein kleines Konzert :-). Für uns war es ein ganz tolles Erlebnis unter Einheimischen unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Man ist völlig raus aus dem Touristenrummel. :-) Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit fast allem was man benötigt. Als Kaffeemaschine gibt es einen Mokkazubereiter. Unsere Stempelkanne nehmen wir das nächste Mal mit, denn zwei größere Kaffees zuzubereiten ist nur schwer möglich. An die Härte der Matratzen haben wir uns nur sehr langsam gewöhnt, was leider unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem, haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub in nettem Ambiente

Es handelt es sich bei Polpenazze del Garda um einen liebenswerten Ort. Die Wohnung liegt toll direkt im Ortskern, aber trotzdem ruhig, da in einem alten Palazzo gelegen mit viel grün und einem tollen Pool. Sie beinhaltet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfbereit. Also alles in Allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Charmante Unterkunft

Wir waren zu dritt 5 Nächte in der kleineren Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hell und liegt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, hat eine Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, große Kühlschrank. Die Gelateria, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Bäckerei sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns ganz viele tolle Tipps gegeben.

Toller Urlaub und tolle Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Super gepflegte Anlage und riesiger Pool. Wir hatten die kleinere der beiden Wohnungen. Die Wohnungen sind top gepflegt und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Bis zum See sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch super ist die Tiefgarage wodurch das Auto an heißen Tagen schön kühl bleibt. Natürlich gibt es auch noch etwas was nicht so optimal ist: Zum einen die Matratzen sind sehr hart, es gab zu unserer Zeit noch keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung und in der Nähe befindet sich ein Dom bei dem alle halbe Stunde die Glocke schlägt (hat man sich nach zwei Tagen dran gewöhnt).
