The 180m2 Ca la Pradina is located in Pollença, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a DVD player, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, for private use as well.

The apartment is just a 5 minute (1 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The apartment is just a 13 minute (8.5 km) drive from such beautiful beaches as the Playa del Port de Pollença and the Platja Cala Barques. Great villa with everything we needed in a brilliant location

Pros: The location of the villa and the pool. The host was very friendly and dealt with any minor issues promptly. Cons: No air con in downstairs bedroom (ceiling fan only)

A perfect base in Pollença

Pros: A lovely, clean and spacious property for a family holiday. Great pool, lots of amenities and most importantly, a quiet accommodation. Host was helpful too and popped over on the first morning to check everything was ok. Cons: My advice would be not to try and park on the streets next to the property as there is limited parking and lots of one-way systems. Best thing to do is drive straight to one of the large car parks and walk the 4 minutes. We’d worked this out after a few days and saved the time/effort looking for an on-road space.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca la Pradina. The house is full of traditional character and charm, with lovely authentic features that made it feel really welcoming. One thing that really surprised us was how much bigger the house is than the photos suggest – it’s far more spacious in person. The location is excellent, and having the private pool and outdoor terrace was a real highlight, especially for relaxing after a day out. The property was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Miguel, the owner was lovely. He popped in when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and rang afterwards to wish us a safe journey home, which was a really thoughtful touch and made us feel genuinely well looked after.Our only small criticism is that the sunbeds could do with updating, as they’re looking a little tired compared to the rest of the property. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional, spacious, and relaxing place to stay.
