Ca'n Coll is a charming stone farmhouse restored, located in the agricultural plain between the town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, enjoying panoramic views of the countryside and mountains, including the nearby Puig Maria. It is a short drive from the beaches and services of Puerto Pollensa, and the town of Pollensa itself is even closer. The estate is carefully tended by its proud owners and the newly renovated pool is located in lawned gardens, surrounded by lovely shrubs and citrus trees that border the sunbathing terrace. A cool and shaded porch offers a delightful place to eat or relax away from the sun and leads to traditional, spacious and comfortable interiors. There are two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom and a double-bedded room on the first floor with an adjacent shower. For added convenience, and to avoid walking through the house with wet feet after the pool, there is also a practical shower and toilet accessible from the terrace.
In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning in all units from 2 pm to 6 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
