Großzügiges Haus in super zentraler Lage
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hell und modern ausgestattet. Besonders komfortabel sind die beiden Schlafzimmer mit getrennten Bädern. Auf beiden Ebenen befindet sich zudem jeweils eine große Terrasse.
Das Haus liegt im unteren Teil der Altstadt mit dem Komfort, immer leicht einen Parkplatz zu finden, ohne durch die engen Gassen des Ortes fahren zu müssen.
Zu Fuß ist man um die Ecke der Hauptplaza sowie aller Geschäfte und Gastronomien.
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und hatten erneut einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt.

Modern-hochwertig renoviertes Reihenhaus 5 min Gehzeit vom Stadtkern entfernt. Tolle Inneneinrichtung und hochwertige Materialien (eher untypisch für spanische Verhältnisse). Genug Platz und Privatsphäre in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Parkplatzsituation moderat im Umkreis von 5 Minuten immer was zu finden. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Tolles geräumiges Haus am Ortseingang
Wir waren mit zwei Paaren für acht Tage Gast in diesem schönen, sehr geräumigen und hellen Stadthaus. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch super zentral. In wenigen Minuten läuft man zur großen Plaza und damit zu allen Restaurants und Geschäften. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir immer relativ problemlos gefunden.
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet und mit zwei Bädern ideal auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden.
Außerdem kann man auf der oberen Dachterrasse herrliche Sonnenaufgänge beobachten.
Check in und out per Schlüsselbox ebenfalls sehr praktisch.
Kann das Haus nur empfehlen!

Modernes und geräumiges Stadthaus in zentraler Lage
Martin, der freundliche Eigentümer war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Die Lage ist gut und ideal für Ausflüge ins nahegelegene Tramuntanagebirge und zu wunderschönen Buchten. Wir kommen wieder.
Was leider gefehlt hat, war eine Beschattung der schönen Terrassen sowie bequeme Liegen zum Relaxen. Für die Haustechnik fehlt eine Beschreibung (W-Lan, Klimaanlage, TV).
Aber das sind alles Sachen, die sich leicht beheben lassen.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause
Liebe Frau Prager, liebe Magdalena, wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem schönen Stadthaus sehr wohl gefühlt und das morgendliche Frühstück und das kühle Getränk nach unseren Wanderungen auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick über Pollenca und zum Puig de Maria. Die bequemen Matratzen und die Ruhe in der Nacht sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, ruhig, aber doch zentral gelegen, super ausgestattet und mit dem Parken hats meistens auch keine Probleme gegeben.
Ein auftretendes Heizungsproblem wurde sofort in Angriff genommen und zeitnah behoben. Der Kontakt zur Hauseigentümerin Magdalena war sehr freundlich und verbindlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auf Sie ist Verlass, Frau Prager!
