Superb peaceful rustic style villa with beautiful garden and mountain views

Located in a peaceful vineyard area at only 5min from Pollensa town by car, find our superb Villa Ca’n Sureda. Built in early 2000, this house has all you need in order to spend a comfortable holiday. Here you can unwind and enjoy the benefits of the Mallorcan countryside with beautiful mountain views of Serra de Tramuntana.

Ca’n Sureda can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and offers a ground floor with a spacious living-dining area, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a double bedded room and a complete bathroom. On the top floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms (1 double bedded and 2 twin bedded), 2 complete bathrooms and a terrace.

But we are sure the outdoor is what you will enjoy the most. Surrounding the impressive swimming pool you have 2 porches and a colourful garden. The porch of the house has a dining area, sofa area and complete bathroom. You have at your disposal a second porch with dining area, barbecue and ping pong table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Beautiful Home in Lovely Area

Great House. Pool and outdoor seating areas are great. The house is spacious with the master king on first floor and 3 bedrooms up with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for families and plenty of room to spread out. I would just mention that getting screens for the window/ac for the kitchen would be an important update. With many insects in the evenings (not unique to this property- insects are everywhere in the evenings in Mallorca) it is impossible to leave windows in the house open. Since it is hot out and then have to have windows closed in kitchen, it is hard to use the kitchen in the evenings. Screens, a fan and/or AC would fix this small issue. We loved our stay and would absolutely rent again!

Fabulous property - everything we were looking for!

We spent 10 days in this lovely villa - located in a very peaceful country environment, but not far from Pollenca and the beaches. The pool was lovely (despite the wasps who came to visit in the hottest part of the day - but they were not aggressive) and the shaded area with comfortable chairs and a sofa were really welcome for relaxing when it got too hot for sitting at the pool. The seated area by the BBQ was wonderful and we made great use of it in the evenings. The rooms were all comfortable and the main living space was perfect for relaxing late at night. The kitchen and dining space was really large and great for a group, with good facilities and amenities. The only slight drawback was the wifi which let us down a few times - but we managed! The area is beautiful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa - we had a superb holiday and it more than met our expectations and requirements...

Great holiday for 3 generations!

Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all loved Villa C'an Sureda. Plenty of space for everyone, with a beautiful pool and lovely gardens in the foothills of the spectacular Serra Tramuntana. We especially loved the fig trees with ripe figs for the picking, and the beds of mint in the gardens. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped; we loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen. If we had a tiny niggle it would be that, for someone who has never cooked on an induction hob, instructions in English would be a great help - it was NOT intuitive and took much working out! Also, a significant number of light bulbs needed replacing. Neither of these minor issues detract in any way from a wonderful vacation in a lovely house and perfect location!

Beautiful gardens and villa

Gorgeous quiet location. Beautiful spacious villa and large pool. Only a couple of negatives. 1. The wasps in the pool. Mostly ignored us but impossible to swim between 12-3pm because there are so many of them. Having said that we only had one sting between us. 2. The red ants inside the property were a pain but diligent sweeping up after preparing food and checking beds before getting in prevented bites. 3. The air conditioning could only be used between 7pm and 3am but the When we requested this be changed they were very accommodating. We have had a wonderful holiday and really didn't want to leave this stunning villa.
