Can Bajoca 2, is a villa located in Pollensa in a very quiet rural setting with privacy, at the foot of the impressive surrounding mountains.

Next door, that is to say as a neighbour, is Can Bajoca-1. another villa almost twin in dimensions of its house, plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together but each one in their own house or group of friends.

Distributed all on the same floor, we find the very spacious living room all in the same room with different atmosphere, with the kitchen open to the dining room and all with direct access to the porch, the garden and the swimming pool 4x9m surrounded by lawn.

It has three double bedrooms, two with separate beds and one of them with a double bed, all of them equipped with air conditioning. There are also two complete bathrooms.

Outside you have the bbq area, terrace and porche, beside the swimming pool surrounded by lawn, where for sure you will spend a very pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.

As well as Can Bajoca-1. both houses are situated in a privileged environment, accessed by a country road with very few neighbours, where you can certainly enjoy an atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.

For golf players
enthusiasts, just a few minutes away you can enjoy the Golf Pollença. Also in Alcudia about ten kilometres away, there is Aucanada Golf.

Not forgetting the visits to the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa, from there you can access the peninsula of Formentor, an idyllic place, formed by spectacular cliffs and wonderful views that the winding road ends at the lighthouse of Formentor, places not to be missed.
