Perfect family hotel

This is our third stay and each year gets better. This year included more kids entertainment, use of hotel toys/floats, lovely man who is the kids club entertainer. The beds were also a lot comfier this year than the year before. We love how close it is to the beach and shops. Already booked for 2025! Can’t wait to come for our fourth family holiday.

hotel in great location. staff very friendly and helpful. rooms not very big and not very comfortable. kitchen very basic . bathroom ok but needs some tlc. great shower tho. no iron in apartment. nice pool area but despite the hotel requesting no putting towels on sunbeds if not using - the requests were ignored- very annoying when wanting to sit round the pool and none available because of peoples selfishness. generally the hotel flora is a reasonable place to stay but it could definitely so with some updating. a few things - tv not working, powercut and apartment flooding we could have done without but the staff at the hotel dealt with these issues very efficiently so no complaint there.

Our second stay at the flora. Love the hotel and its perfect for its location, bike hire options next door, safe for families, good for my poor mobility, however there are also lots of noisy families there which let their kids run around until gone 1am even though it says no noise after 1pm. That was our biggest fault, however the hotel can’t help who stays and their behavior. The beds were also uncomfortable.

You don’t want to stay here…

3 nights in a grotty tired apartment. Noisy neighbours, paper thin walls and residents rolling in at 5 am. Beds were like concrete. We stayed away as much as we could and just returned to sleep.
