Villa Vivamont is a 200 year old house that has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste while still retaining the character of the old local architecture. The property has a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. Bright kitchen, surely the part of the house that has best maintained the style that the farm had in former times. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia.
