Inside, the villa has been completely reconstructed following the highest design specifications and trends. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and adjacent living room that opens directly onto the terrace with sea views.



If the location of Seafront Villa Mar i Pins is not enough, the outdoor areas complement the environment. It will be like being on a boat in the middle of the sea, with the additional advantage of a private pool and plenty of private space. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or to enjoy a delicious glass of wine together. Guests will also have the opportunity to dine outdoors or spend long hours admiring the bay from the terraces.



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
