Villa with private pool in Pollensa Town is beautiful and comfortable holiday home with a large sun terrace and roof terrace in Pollença’s old town.

This charming and quiet villa is situated only a five-minute walk from the town’s main square. It is cosily furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a fantastic roof terrace with beautiful views of the Calvari Hill. The house offers four double bedrooms, four bathrooms (one en suite, 1 outdoor), a living/dining room and a kitchen, while the various terraces and the swimming pool give you plenty of outdoor space in which to enjoy your holiday. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are only a ten-minute drive away.

The villa is ideally situated in beautiful well maintained gardens. The pool is superb. The villa is well equipped and the configuration of rooms and bathrooms is great for a large family (3 generations). I would have rated 5 stars if the beds ( 1 in particular) were more comfortable. However this did not affect our overall experience which we all enjoyed.

Nice villa near Pollenca centre

Location is good. It’s a 7min walk to the centre of Pollenca. Villa is surrounded by trees. Good for shadows, but not for the view. From the roof you have nice view over the mountains. In the villa you have everything you need, but it could use an upgrade. Not very modern for these days. Beds were not great. Housekeeper was very helpfull and kind. Did great job. Lot of mosquitos unfortunately.

Idealer Standort bei Pollenca

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig fußläufig zur Innenstadt, in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Zum Strand an der Bucht von Pollenca ist man auch schnell, die Straße dorthin liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und verfügt über sehr saubere, moderne Bäder, der Garten - mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und großem Pool - ist schön und recht groß. Quasi eine Finca in Stadtnähe. Schön auch die geräumigen Terrassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Vermieter (oder sein Mitarbeiter) Rodolfo ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir hatten eine schöne Sommerwoche Ende Oktober.
