Villa Pintor is a beautiful property located near the beach in Puerto de Pollença with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people plus a baby. Accommodation of 120 m², comfortable and fully equipped. It is located close to bars and restaurants, one kilometre from the centre of Puerto de Pollença and only 100 m from the sandy beach.One double bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch and the pool.There is a toilet on the porch by the pool.Pool dimensions: 5,50 x 3,50. Maximum depth 1,65, minimum depth 1,40. Table tennis table.Tourist tax is NOT included in the price.
