Villa Pi Tort, 4 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Cala San Vicente

Villa Pi Tort offers stunning views of the mountains surrounding Cala San Vicente, creating a natural environment of tranquillity and privacy. Ideally located near the centre and beaches, this villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a picturesque location. Cala San Vicente is a coastal gem with restaurants and two sandy coves, all within a short walk.



The villa has 4 bedrooms, capacity for 8 people, a private pool, spacious outdoor areas and amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms. Located on the main street leading to Cala San Vicente, it rises slightly above street level and is surrounded by hedges for greater privacy. Upon entering, a vine-covered arch and a few steps lead to the main entrance.



The living-dining room, spacious and bright, features a decorative fireplace and connects to the terrace next to the pool, ideal for outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has direct access to the barbecue area and includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and all with access to the garden. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and mountain views.



Outdoors, the villa offers a private pool, covered dining area, brick barbecue and seating area by the pool. The hedges and trees surrounding the property ensure privacy and tranquillity.



Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
