Only 10 minutes' drive from both Pollensa Old Town, Puerto Pollensa and the beach, you'll have a huge choice of restaurants and facilities all within easy reach. This 3 bedroom villa has an inviting private pool and fresh, homely interiors. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.  

Surrounded by lush Mallorcan countryside, Villa Martin is equidistant from Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa Old Town, all of which are 10 minutes’ drive away. Each of these resorts offer a choice of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as various historical and cultural attractions. Beach lovers will also be well catered for with Puerto Pollensa seafront just 5 minutes’ drive away.
