Modern and elegant, La Vinya Gran is a spectacular holiday home with a private pool and perfectly located just 5 minutes by car from the old town of Pollensa and conveniently close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente. With five bedrooms, spacious outdoor areas, an impressive contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains and Pollensa bay, this villa will impress.



The ground floor consists of a huge and spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table with ten chairs. From here, two glass doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surroundings and the pool. Leaving the dining room, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds with a private shower bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a shower bathroom. All these rooms have doors leading to a covered terrace with beautiful countryside views. Stairs lead to the first floor, which houses a room with two single beds, a double room (with a floor-to-ceiling window with incredible views of Pollensa bay and beyond) and a full bathroom. The interiors have been furnished in a modern style and designed to provide a contemporary feel and are full of natural light.



Outside, the villa is equally impressive. Steps lead from the dining room terrace to the lawn area. Right next to it is the built-in barbecue. The large private pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and sunbathing terraces with arched roofs, perfect for enjoying long hours under the Mallorcan sun. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for guests' enjoyment.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
