Villa Can Toni is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in the quiet and picturesque rural area of Pollença, which guarantees privacy and serenity. Despite its secluded location, it is only 10 to 15 minutes by car from restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beaches in the area, making it the ideal place to enjoy both the calm of the countryside and the proximity to local amenities.



On the ground floor, the villa has a bright and cosy living/dining room, which opens to the outside through doors that allow direct access to the garden and terrace. The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. On this same floor is a bedroom with two single beds, also with direct access to the outside, and a complete bathroom. A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which provides access to an additional living room, a perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie. On this floor is the main bedroom, a cosy double room with access to a small balcony from which impressive views of the surrounding landscape and the mountains rising on the horizon can be enjoyed. There is also another bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends travelling together, and both rooms share a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests.



The villa's gardens are simply spectacular, with a well-maintained landscape surrounding the generously sized pool. Around the pool, there is a wide terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while contemplating the beauty of the natural surroundings and mountain views. Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
