Villa Can Fiol for 6 persons with pool

Can Fiol is an imposing stone villa with modern interiors and impressive outdoor areas. Perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this villa has been designed to impress.



Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors. Double wooden doors lead to a large hallway, finished with precious marble and with a staircase leading to the upper floor. The large, specially built kitchen includes a laundry room with a dressing area, a large dining room and doors leading to the surrounding terraces. The breakfast area has been attractively furnished with a table with an aluminium and glass surface and bright orange chairs. There is a spacious independent dining room/living room with two sets of double glass doors leading to the rear terrace. On this floor there is a guest toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room with a flush shower. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, respectively. Both have access to a panoramic terrace. The room with 2 single beds has its own shower room, while the double room has a bathroom with a bathtub and flush shower.



The private swimming pool is located within spacious gardens with grass that offer excellent opportunities for living and eating outdoors (including a fantastic kitchen area next to the pool). The rear terrace runs the entire length of the villa and has rattan sofas, chairs, and tables. From this terrace, a path leads to the shower next to the pool and the barbecue area specially designed for this purpose. The grass gardens are beautifully designed and planted with local trees and shrubs, and are beautifully illuminated at night.

The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
