A beautiful townhouse in quiet location in Pollença’s old town, featuring a courtyard with a barbecue. The beaches are only a ten-minute drive away.

Casa Calvario is situated at the foot of the Calvari Hill, as borne out by the quaint distribution of the rooms on different levels. This is a typical Majorcan townhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen and living/dining room. This leads onto a courtyard with its own barbecue. On the next floor up, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The downstairs living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. Half a floor higher, you come to a further living room with a roof terrace, which enjoys incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the rooftops of Pollença. Phantastischer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Das sehr große und sehr geschmackvolle Haus hat uns 2 älteren Pärchen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage und die Aufteilung des Hauses über mehrere Ebenen waren einfach traumhaft schön. Die Aussicht von der oberen Dachterrasse war wirklich toll. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Uns sind keine Dinge eingefallen!

Gemütliches Stadthaus

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, es ist sehr ansprechend möbliert, die Bäder sind schön, es hat einen kleinen nicht einsehbaren Patio, und eine Dachterasse mit toller Aussicht. Die Küche hält alles vor, was man fürs Ferienkochen so braucht. Wir habe über Frau Prager auch den Mietwagen gebucht, was ich nur empfehlen kann. Das erspart nerviges Warten am Flughafen. Leider befindet sich aktuell in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle, mit entsprechender Geräuschs- und Staubemission.

Das Haus ist sehr gut in Pollença gelegen. In der Nähe des Dorfes (8 Minuten zu Fuß), aber an einem ruhigen Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Bergblick und eine Terrasse, auf der du dein Frühstück genießen kannst. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit genügend Töpfen und Pfannen und guten Geräten. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war perfekt, sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank für alles, Martina.

Die Kommunikation verlief freundlich und unkompliziert und wir wurden proaktiv mit vielen Tips und Empfehlungen versorgt. Das Haus ist traumhaft - sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und viel Platz zum Verweilen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar und bietet viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte - alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung!

Zum zweiten Mal in dieser stimmungsvollen Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Ort, haben wir uns fast wie Bewohner von Pollenca gefühlt. Integriert in das Treiben des Städtchens und fußläufig von allem, was das Herz begehrt ist dies ein perfekter Platz zum "Seele baumeln lassen". Wie bei allen bisherigen Urlauben seit Jahren mit CM wurden wir bestens umsorgt und jedes kleinere oder größere Problem rund um Anreise, Aufenthalt oder Mietauto wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst.
