De eerste keer toekomen was even zoeken (de weg naar het huis is één met kleine wegjes en zijwegjes), maar eenmaal gevonden was de woning een oase van rust. Een schitterende locatie en uitzicht, en een mooie en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning ; voor ons was dit perfect.

Paradies in der Tramuntana

Mitten in einem Steineichen und OIivenbaumwald in der Tramuntana nahe Pollença befindet sich dieses Kleinod umgeben von Weingärten, ein uraltes Steinhaus mit meterdicken Mauern, modern rustikal eingerichtet mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 mit Einzelbetten und zwei mit französischen Betten ( geschätzt ca 140 - 160cm breit). In der Küche gibt es Microwelle, wasserkocher, Backofen , Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gerfrierabteil, jede Menge Messer und Schneidbretter, Esstisch mit Platz für 4. Im Wohnzimmer sorgt ein Gasoffen und ein Holzofen für kuschelige Wärme, in den Schlafzimmern machen die einzeln steuerbaren AC allzu heiße Sommernächte erträglich. Das Haus ist von hunderten Topfpflanzen umgeben, im parkähnlichen Garten mit Wald und Felsen gedeihen unzählige Pflanzenarten. Soviel Schönheit will gehegt und gepflegt sein, was der Hausherr zum Teil persönlich erledigt. Sein besonderes Augenmerk gilt dem Weingarten: " Heuer werden wir zum erste Mal Wein haben!", freut er sich schon im Mai. Der Besuch des Hausherrn bietet jedes Mal auch Gelegenheit für ein kleines Schwätzchen, bei dem man sich auch den einen oder anderen Tipp holen kann. Und falls es mal ein Problem gibt, sorgt er sofort für eine Lösung. Wussten sie übrigens, dass der riesige Pool von einer Quelle in den Bergen gespeist wird?

Traumhafte Villa in den Bergen rund um Pollenca

Villa Picassa liegt etwas abseits des Ortes Pollenca in den anliegengenden Bergen. Die Finca ist sehr schön, von keiner Seite einsehbar und vorallem der Garten ist ein Traum. Dabei vermitteln die Fotos bereits einen guten Eindruck der Athmosphäre. Die Finca liegt in den Bergen etwas oberhalb der angrenzenden Gründstücke, ist aber nicht einsehbar und komplett umgeben von Natur & Wald. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und man sollte idealerweise entsprechendes Auto haben um den steilen und verzweigten Weg hinaufzukommen. Unser Kleinwagen hatte mit dem Weg etwas zu kämpfen.. Die Villa als solche ist typisch mallorquinisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt von Spülmaschine, TV, WLAN etc. bis hin zur Nintendo Wii. Lediglich eine Heizung ist nicht vorhanden, dafür ein kleiner Kamin im Wohnzimmer für die entsprechende Wärme und Stimmung sorgt. Wir haben und sehr wohl in der Finca gefühlt und können dieses kleine Paradies nur weiterempfehlen. Nicht geeignet ist die Finca für Partyanimals, Personen ohne Auto- oder Mietwagen und auch bis zu den nächsten Stränden ist es etwas weiter. Ansonsten findet man wohl kaum eine schönere Finca samt Garten auf Mallorca. Das Team von Nordvillas war ebenfalls sehr hilfbereit und die Organisation und Abwicklung trotz Corona lief einwandfrei.
