A tranquil holiday home with a private pool situated close to the sea and with beautiful views.

This is a lovely traditional villa in the La Font area of Pollença, just one and a half kilometres from Pollença’s old town. The house offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the back of the house, there is a private garden where you can relax. The pool is surrounded by lawns and shaded by trees, and a covered terrace overlooks the garden and pool. There is also a barbecue. This is a great family villa with lots of Majorcan character. It is in a really good location, being only a short drive to Pollença, Puerto Pollença and the nearest beaches. Pollença is approximately four kilometres away, and there you will find romantic winding lanes and steps lined with natural stone house facades, pleasant restaurants and small shops dating back to the time of the Moors – perfect for a leisurely stroll through the historic old town.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Die Gegend um Pollenca ist wunderschön und ruhig und genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Die Finca ist absolut gepflegt und sauber und wir wurden von Catalina und ihrem Mann sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden diese Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Finca mit großem Garten

Die Finca liegt in einem ruhigen Tal umgeben von Bergen. Der Außenbereich und der Pool sind herrlich zum entspannen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Da wir einer der ersten Mieter im Frühjahr waren, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass alle Geräte inkl. der Klimaanlage vor Vermietung auf Funktionalität geprüft werden. Es war sehr kalt in den ersten Tagen dort und die Klimaanlage ist die einzige Heizmöglichkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Die Türen und Fenster lassen sich zum Teil schlecht oder nur lautstark öffnen und schließen. Da aus Holz, verzieht es sich wahrscheinlich bei Temperaturunterschieden.

Das riesengroße Grundstück (hoch eingezäunt, ideal auch für unseren großen Hund), die geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses, der große Pool, die sehr netten Gastgeber*innen, der Reinigungsservice, die Lage der Finca mit phantastischem Blick auf die Berge, die Nähe zu Pollenca und Port de Pollenca. . Vielleicht wäre ein neuer Herd ganz gut und ein zweiter Mülleimer, um die Mülltrennung zu vereinfachen.
