The spacious holiday home Alegre is located in the countryside near Pollensa, Mallorca, and boasts beautiful views over the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The 180 m2 finca has been tastefully decorated in a rustic style, and consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the master bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge), a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. One of the main attractions of the house is its private outdoor area, which consists of a lush garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes and 2 nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee. There is also a generous pool ideal to swim and cool off on warm summer days. You will find a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the centre of Pollensa (7 minutes driving; 2.2km away), while the closest beach, Platja de L’Arenalet, can be reached after 8 minutes driving (5.6km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 45-minute drive (61.9km).
