This lovely mature and part stone clad house is set in lovely gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat.



Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area split into two levels. From here there is access to the two large terraces and garden.



There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear: one double en suite with shower and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units. The villa has an open fire place but due to health and safety reasons this cannot be used.



There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.

The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak and lead to a built-in barbecue and on to the gorgeous huge pool (12 x 7 mts.) with small waterfall feature.



This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a unique villa, since it is extremely unusual to find one with such a big pool and garden, but at the same time so close to the beach and other amenities of the area. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Excellent villa, fantastic pool and great location

The villa is located in a lovely part of the north of Mallorca, Cala San Vincente with its three small beaches are a delight. The villa is well equipped with modern appliances and has everything you would need and more to make your stay an enjoyable one. Both the villa and pool were cleaned 2 or 3 times a week and the staff were both lovely and very helpful. The pool is one of the best parts of the villa as it is well maintained and very large compared to the villa, lots of space for family fun. The stay we had went without any problems and would definitely consider staying again, we all loved it!
