Casa Leon, 4 people, terrace with jacuzzi
Casa León is a fabulous house in the heart of the coveted town of Pollença. This cosy property is a great gem waiting to be discovered.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with all amenities, attention to detail and an exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a jacuzzi and a barbecue. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated jacuzzi for a supplement of €18/day, minimum 3 consecutive days. (available from October to May)
On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, one for a couple and another with two beds. The room with two beds has a bathroom with a shower. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy views of the village and the mountain range.
This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property that one would want to miss.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Very sparsely decorated. No side night tables beside bed. Hot tub was cold. Spotted a large roach in downstairs bathroom. Hard to park a car nearby, but we found a parking area 5 min walk away. Was not told there was a key for safety deposit box until we inquired? Could not operate any of the tvs…no instructions.

What a delightful place to stay. Newly and beautifully renovated with masses of space. Although surrounded by other houses it was cleverly tucked away with a private roof balcony a patio with cooling jacuzzi and we loved the renovation with lots of natural wood.

Superb place for exploring Mallorca and workation
We stayed there for 3 week - 2 weeks for work and 1 week for vacation. The internet connection was mostly working and we had sufficient wifi in the bedrooms, unfortunately the wifi quality differs through the different areas of the house. Pollenca is a beautiful town in the north-west and with a car rental we travel all over the island. The cleaning service was as we expected and the kitchen was well equipped.

Prima Unterkunft
Wir haben uns in dem Altbau, der sehr modern eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt.
Die Lage der Casa Leon ist perfekt, um fußläufig die Innenstadt von Pollenca zu erkunden.
