Great Holiday
all excellent, everything you could need, if I wanted to be a little negative the bathrooms could do with an update, but other than that, fabulous villa. Location is perfect for wondering down into Latchi, beautiful garden and pool

Late notice break
Wow what a beautiful Villa - spotless, beautiful pool, private and not overlooked - 2 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the harbour and lovely bars and restaurants. We booked on Monday afternoon and flew out Weds am - faultless service and stunning location. Would love to return soon - just what we needed for a last minute week in the Cyprus sun.

Brilliant stay
Overall very good, can do with a little tidying up, lick of paint. Great location, walking distance to Latchi. Pool was good and staff cleaner was lovely. Everyone helpful, maybe consider a little play area for young kids in grounds. Would come back. Thank you all

Lovely Villa
Beautiful pool and garden diligently maintained daily in the early morning. Just a walk across the field to the huge beach bay with safe swimming and with views from balcony, although suspect views were even better before most recent building of new villas. Villa is light and airy with screens on all windows and well equipped- only thing we missed were scissors! Dishwasher is a small one which was fine for 2 but if villa fully occupied, may be less useful. Everything you could want for a peaceful pool and beach holiday. Latchi restaurants provide great choice of food and are within walking distance along the well lit coast path to the harbour. Akamas peninsula for walking/exploring and boat trips. Sea gorgeous for swimming in. Only slight annoyance is traffic noise - not constant but cars seem to speed along outside on the small road and used for practise by the 4x4 hires on the main road.

Family holiday in Latchi
The property was spacious particularly outside with a large and private garden. The kitchen was adequate for us (5 adults and 1 infant) only had a worktop dishwasher which wasn’t really big enough for 5 adults as we ate in most evenings.
Lounge was comfortable as were the bedrooms.

Excellent stay
A lovely villa, very clean and secure. wonderful location for peace and relaxion, walking distance to Polis and Latchi. Garden is huge. Beach towels a welcome addition as was cleaning products for kitchen. We asked for early check and and late check out which was allocated free, thank you.
Door code was not as advertised, luckily a caretaker was around to assist. An excellent stay thank you
