This fully equipped house, featuring simple, modern decor, is located in the owner's grandfather's former garden!

The main attraction of this gîte is its approximately 450m² plot, which offers a splendid view of both the village of Polignac and the Haute-Loire mountains.

For your comfort, the rates include bed and bath linens, cleaning, and utilities.

On-site: Visit the fortress and the village of Polignac, where you can enjoy numerous activities throughout the year, as well as shops selling basic necessities.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you'll discover the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

A little further afield: This central location makes it easy to explore the Haute-Loire region: the town of Brioude, the Allier Valley, and the Mézenc Plateau are all 40 minutes from the cottage! The cottage is located on a fully fenced plot of approximately 450 square meters.

The entrance to the cottage is through the living room, which is perfectly designed to accommodate a kitchen, a dining table, and a seating area. A bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm) and a bathroom with toilet complete the cottage.

Electric heating is included in the rates, subject to reasonable usage (maximum 15 kWh/day).
