Located on a 16th-century estate that also houses the owners' residence, Maison des Cadets is a former independent stone farmhouse with a private terrace (30 m²) and a large walled orchard (2000 m²). It boasts exceptional views of the Polignac fortress.
Nearby: Polignac (1 km) with its medieval fortress and local shops; Le Puy-en-Velay (3 km) with its starting point for the Via Podiensis (a Romanesque pilgrimage route), Romanesque cathedral, Rocher Saint-Michel, Notre Dame de France, and all shops and services. Ground floor: kitchen, living room (TV, fireplace), shower room with WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), one with an en-suite shower room, bathroom, WC.
Firewood is provided for one fire.
