Kitchen island is dividing kitchen area with dining area. Modern open plan kitchen with dining area and contemporary living room will inspire many together crafted dishes and relaxed conversations. There is a balcony with seating area where you can enjoy your first morning coffee or breakfast watching beautiful sunrise. Whole property is designed for complete enjoyment and hedonism and is also fully covered with air condition so you can cool off on hot summer days. This villa is located on the first floor of the building. Owners live on the ground floor of the duplex style property. You have whole garden and pool area completely for yourself and we guarantee a complete privacy. There is a children´s playground with slide and swingset for the youngest guests and volleyball court suitable for guest of all age groups. Extra large swimming pool is surrounded with modern sun loungers  and Mediterranean trees and herbs. There is an outdoor seating area with BBQ where you can prepare grilled delicacies with your family and friends while you watch an amazing sunset. Dear guest, please note that this property does not accept young groups.
