Step outside to the covered alfresco area and enjoy long lunches, evening drinks, or simply unwind while watching local kangaroos graze nearby. On warm Hunter Valley days, cool off in your private in-ground pool before heading out to explore the region`s award-winning wineries, restaurants, cellar doors, and attractions, all just minutes away.

The spacious master suite features a king bed and modern ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower, while three additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for families and groups. Great location to restaurants, golf course, wineries and day spa. The bedrooms were a bit small and the photos make them look a lot bigger. Everything supplied that we needed. Great heating. I would stay again.

We loved our stay at Kokoon. The property was immaculately maintained, beautifully furnished and was in a gorgeous peaceful setting whilst being close to all wineries and amenities. Our pampered pooch was also able to stay with us.

A great weekend away

This was a beautiful property in a great location, exactly as listed. The property management was a bit over the top with their reminders to familiarise ourselves with the code of conduct - six times to be exact. We received three separate emails plus a face to face reminder on check in, followed by another email and a hard copy left in the property. 🙄

Absolutely Beautiful House

This was probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed at through Stayz. There's absolutely nothing to fault - it's such a beautiful house, in a nice quiet spot and close enough to a fair few vineyards. The house had everything we could possibly have needed. The fireplace was an unexpected but welcome addition even though the place was perfectly insulated and needed little heating assistance. The pool was (naturally) cold but still a great size and good fun. Not much more to say other than we can't wait to come back!
