Verry beautiful place to stay as a couple or with a family. Larg Rooms with a beautiful view. You can get good pictures there and from room you can see the beautiful Himalayan if you got really lucky 😋 Good Service. Tasty Foods. Familiar Environment. Peace and lost of thing to do for relax. Including Spa 'Mandala spa'. One of the best massage ever i taken 'ayurvedic massage'. Its like a home.🏡 😊
The resort was awesome! We stayed in 4 night, no need words to say how cleaning of the room. big room with good view and relaxing balcony. very helpful staffs as most of hotels in Nepal. The food was nice and also near market..
Clean, large rooms. Great for relaxing after you've been hiking. We didn't end up using the pool but it looked nice and I wish I had! Close to the lake and local eateries. Washing looked expensive though, and we had a lot so we used a local washing service that we found on the road. 100 Rupees / kg.
Felt like I was staying at my home with good food and city view. The lake is just few seconds walk. Most of the restaurants are just around which makes it even more attractive to visit Pokhara. The hospitality is one of the major highlight out here.
I was here last year and the rooms are great. Big rooms and big garden. Specially good for those heading up to Annapurna for their trek because of the big room where you can easily unpack your duffel bags to sort out your belongings unlike many other hotels that just have space for 2 beds. Great food and dinning in a peace and quiet setting and the staffs are very friendly.
After Tea Houses in the mountains , this was the height of luxury ! Good service and friendly staff , particularly at the restaurant bar ! The setting is ideal and well positioned for getting around the City.
This resort is situated very close to the lake and near the main market area. Rooms and clean and spacious. Wifi is accessible in the rooms. You can see the mountain ranges from the hotel . Breakfast spread is not that great but can do with the basic things they provide. They don't have lift , so need to climb up to your room depending on the floor it is located in. All good eating joints and bars are located just outside the hotel at a walking distance. We faced a problem where we had ordered dinner and had not arrived since an hour as they were serving other customers , that was the downside we encountered during the stay. Overall a good place to spend in Pokhara.
A nice resort 5 minutes walk to phewa lake Helpful staff, comfortable rooms and nice view of annapurna ranges Food is ok but manageable Rooms are big Bathrooms are clean It has a spa and swimming pool under construction 10minutes walk to the main market
Stayed two nights- Hotel is nice and staff is friendly. Not sure how this can be considered a resort. Biggest complaint was that everything in the room next door could be heard. Comfortable room, but certainly not luxurious. Breakfast is adequate with an egg station, fruits, potatoes, pancakes, and limited selection of breads and cereal. Location is nice although it's at the edge of the lake...and there is no view of the lake from the hotel. Check-out was a bit of a nightmare for everyone on the morning I checked out, not sure if this is usual. In the end, if you want a nice place to sleep, good breakfast at a reasonable price this is an option. If you are looking for something somewhat luxurious, I would suggest that you keep looking.
I took my mum here to show her the beauty of Pokhara and requested a more expensive room with a view. The room itself was nothing special but the outlook was facing buildings and shacks instead of the garden view I had asked for. When we went to ask about changing rooms the arrogant front desk man told us they were fully booked despite the fact that I checked this and they had vacancies online. So my mother and I decided to move to a different hotel for the next two nights, giving them plenty of notice to give us a refund for at least the last night, at this the front desk man got very defensive and argumentative. They refused to give a refund, thankfully Agoda refunded the last night for us, they were amazing. The pool was also under construction and this was not mentioned when booking. There was so much noise and equipment everywhere. Very disappointed to be treated like this.
