Very good rooms , well management , very good service , nice swimming pool , testy food . excellent spa and massage , location is very good and prime , near by lake and main street too . love green garden and all of rooms you can see lake and monition view too . lovely !! you can visit once , thanks !!
Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were very attentive and responded quickly when we had a problem with the hot water supply of our shower, which was sorted out without further issue. The location is very good, being close enough to, yet far enough from the noisier hub of Pokhara. All in all, it is a good place to stay, although we were disappointed to be served instant coffee (Nescafe) instead of proper beans coffee at breakfast. Thankfully there are good coffee shops in the vicinity.
As part of a Himalayan Social Journey 3-day trek, we stayed here for two nights. The rooms were spacious with a good bathroom; the gardens were well-maintained. There is a pool, which we didn't use; however, it was clean. All staff members were professional, friendly and helpful. An extensive variety of good quality food was on offer at breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in Pokhara.
A lovely and comfortable hotel. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff and very good room The bar area is partly outside and exposed to all elements so you could get soaked if you choose unwisely. Breakfast in the morning was ample and tasty
Stayed 2 nights in the hotel . Rooms very outdated ,bathrooms horrible. Linen wornout.Breakfast uneatable. What more can you say... Garden looks nice and staff is friendly. Hotel pretends to be 4 star ,unfortunately far away of it.
We stayed here twice, before and after our trek. This is a nice location quiet but close enough to walk to the lake and to bars & restaurants and shops. It would take a easy 5 minutes to lake and some great restaurants and 15 minutes to the start of tourist shops. Taxi can be quickly arranged by lobby or at the front of hotel. Airport is close approx 5 to 10 minute drive. The check in from the friendly and attentative staff was easy and efficient but it can get busy. The resort is big with nice gardens and large outdoor pool. The spacious bedroom and bathroom are nicely appointed with pleasant decor. Heaps of storage and clean. Can be noisy in the hall ways due to inconsiderate guests. Beds comfortable and great hot showers. Only had breakfast at the resort and there was heaps of seating and a great choice of food and great service. Excess baggage and valuables can be safely stored here at no fee. Free good WiFi. We enjoyed our stay at Mt Kailash thanks to our tour company Above Himalaya.
Stayed at the Mount Kailash Resort in Pokhara for 2 nights, and we were very impressed. The hotel is on the main road near the lake, less than 10 minutes drive from the airport where we were collected for free. The room was big and spacious and very clean offering views over the outdoor pool. It also offers free wifi for those who need. The food was also very good with a large range to choose from at breakfast. Being in central Pokhara you are no more than 10 minutes walk from the stunning Fewa Lake and plenty of shops and restaurants. This was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu with quieter roads and clean mountain air. The only down side was some knocking pipes during the night and the vibration of the heat pump. This was reported by our friends who were promptly moved rooms but this didn't bother us too much.
We stayed in this resort for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. It is located right opposite to the lake. So many good food & drink places nearby. Staff is courteous and tries to fulfill all your request. They made masala tea for us everyday for breakfast! If I ever visit Pokhara again, I would choose this resort again!
I am writing this at 4.40 am because I can’t sleep again... because of the noise from the broken heat pump! So, the hotel is fully aware that it is broken, yet they haven’t bothered to fix it! Another sleepless night, so disappointing. Moreover, room is shabby and bathroom needs updating. The swimming pool is freezing cold and can’t be enjoyed, despite the lovely weather. There is also a new building being constructed near the entrance, so a disk cutter is going all day from very early in the morning! Not exactly the 4 star hotel that it is clearly advertised as!
Good experience. Pros:- Near lake side, Good food joints Cons:- none Staff is very friendly and courteous. I gave couple of special request which was all taken care. Thanks to Ms Tika fire arranging special Indian Masala Tea and Indian Break Fast.
