I arrived in Pokhara a couple of days ahead of some friends before we heading out for a trek, and I was promptly picked up from the bus and was warmly welcomed by the entire staff as I entered. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean with hot water, and my rooms both before and after my trek had a balcony with gorgeous views of the mountains! Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile, a nice way to start any day! The staff was very helpful during my stay, assisting me in obtaining my trekking permits, arranging a van to take my friends and I to the start of our trek, they booked my friends return bus tickets, and they booked my flight out of Pokhara back to Kathmandu! They even allowed me to securely leave a bag locked up while I was on the trek! The hotel is in a great location and as a solo female traveler for some of my days here, I felt comfortable walking from shops and restaurants to the hotel even after dark. I can't say enough great things, especially about the incredible staff, everything was wonderful! Iwould absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Pokhara!
We love our stay at this hotel. They welcome us upon our arrival in the hotel like a family. Staffs are extremly friendly and helpful. Mr. Shambhu helped us to do Paragliding and bungee jump with resonable price. Other city tour organised by him was nice. Wifi works well. We got hot shower everyday. Breakfast served down at their restaurant was delicious. I love to stay my every visit with them in my all future visit to Pokhara.
It was a nice stay during our holidays in Pokhara. The location of the hotel is really great just 2/3 minutes walk from Fewa lake. Hotel staffs are very friendly and caring. The owner is also care about his clients and that's a great thing.
from the dust of ktm after an 8 hour travel we got dropped in a hotel named hotel fewa holiday inn, we are fully tired and exahausted but our all tiredness fade in a second with a great hospitality that we encounter in a hotel .hotel is clean and tidy ,good food ,peace environment ,natural scenic environment from balcony lure us soo much .
They provides very good service for adventure and passing good time. Happy to stay here. Nice stuff and they arrange and encourage to do much more adventures thing. I like that very much. Wish come back again to gather more memories.
It's nice view from room. Easy location & good service & also budget. We stay two night. We take every service like sight scene and rafting and also take bus ticket. Service providers are so much friendly and familiar also. If you have budget you should come.
We stayed here for 3 nights before going trekking to Poon Hill. The guys here were really helpful about what we needed to do to prepare for the trek and even lent us some poles. Nepali hospitality is pretty hard to beat and this hotel is no exception. Before we got to Pokhara, we had been emailed by the hotel to ask when we were arriving and if we needed to be picked up by the complimentary hotel car. We didn't reply as we had lost internet connection. We arrived from Chitwan after a 6 hour bus ride and there was the hotel car with the driver holding up a board with our names. I have no idea how they knew we were taking the bus rather than a flight, or how they knew what time we were getting there. It was apparently an educated guess, but we were pretty impressed with that! We left our luggage at the hotel while we went trekking for a few days and it was safe and secure the whole time. Our room before the trek had fabulous views of the mountains and had a balcony. The room was fairly spacious and the bathroom was clean. The only issue as someone else said was the lack of privacy in the first room's bathroom as it had a curtain separating it from the hallway outside the room. Lack of bins as someone said is a bit strange but we found one along the corridor so it was fine. The second room we were allocated after returning from trekking was a bit smaller with no balcony. However, we had a shower in a bath and there was a proper window! Breakfast was good - mainly eggs your way, but I asked for porridge instead and they were pleased to accommodate me. The hotel's location is great. Really near the lake and the shops and restaurants along lakeside. Pokhara is a lovely place and this hotel made it all the better.
Stayed 2 night here last year during our trip to Pokhara city. The hotel is located in lake side area but you will not be effected by noise. You can walk to fewa lake and lake side. The hotel provides free wifi. Free information about tour and trekking.
It is one best hotel in pokhara, clean environment, authentic Nepali cuisine all in all an excellent package, excellent customer service and staff were so friendly, i felt like stay at my home with own family. it was an amazing experience for me!The manager Shambhu is a really great person, he offered me all in all activities in pokhara . i would 100%recommend to stay on this Hotel.
Hotel staff welcoming and efficient at providing accommodation and travel service. Treated us like family and lost no time in ensuring that we were able to meet the desired tours. We took 2 separate travel packages through the hotel. Firstly to trek in Annapurna region with a local guide and secondly visit Chitwan National Park. We used Hotel Fewa as our base in Pokhara and we were very happy with the clean rooms with views of the Himalayas outside our bedroom window and most importantly, that all our travel details went according to plan largely due to the good communication and effort of the Hotel staff.
