Il offre un cadre élégant et confortable, avec deux chambres spacieuses, un salon et une cuisine équipée et aménagée ainsi que sa salle de douche. Vous pourrez également profiter d’une superbe piscine commune à l’ensemble de la copropriété. Pour les amoureux de l'extérieur, un balcon vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue plongeante sur Poitiers tout en sirotant votre café du matin.

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme, proche de toutes commodités.

Attention cependant l'appartement se situe derrière la gare de Poitiers. Malgré une très bonne isolation sonore avec des fenêtres en double vitrage il se peut qu'il y ait le bruit des trains qu'on peut parfois entendre en arrière fond.

La gare de Poitiers est située à 500m. Le centre-ville à 10 min à pied. L'appartement est situé à 15 min en voiture du Parc du Futuroscope.
Si vous venez en voiture, vous pouvez vous garer facilement et gratuitement dans la rue. :)

Dirty bathroom no

We did not stay we had to get hotel because the bathroom was filthy and no hot water. Communication with host : he took days to respond. Don’t stay here.
