À notre arrivée, nous avons dû patienter un peu car les propriétaires avaient oublié de nous transmettre les codes d’accès.L’appartement est bien situé, en plein centre-ville, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le parking est payant, ce qui est compréhensible compte tenu de l’emplacement.En revanche, le logement ne mérite pas vraiment les 3 étoiles annoncées. Au rez-de-chaussée, il n’y a pas de climatisation fixe comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Une climatisation mobile est bien présente, mais inutilisable car le tuyau d’évacuation est trop court. Un ventilateur était également mis à disposition, mais il était cassé et aurait dû être retiré.À l’étage, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait aussi un appareil présenté comme une climatisation mobile, mais qui fonctionne avec des pains de glace : ce n’est pas une véritable climatisation, plutôt un ventilateur amélioré. Avec la chaleur, cela restait largement insuffisant.Heureusement, nous n’avions réservé que pour une nuit.

Appt bien situé centre Poitiers, propre, fonctionnel. Parking de l'hôtel de Ville juste à côté pour la voiture. La propriétaire Valérie est sympa et disponible si besoin. Je recommande cet appt pour visiter Poitiers. V. Rouaud.
