On the first floor of a very quiet residence in the historic center, we offer you this charming, brand-new, modern studio apartment, decorated with care for your utmost comfort. The apartment is ideal for lovers looking for a romantic getaway in Poitiers, or for business travelers.

The apartment features a large, bright 28m² living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a sleeping area with a brand-new 140cm bed, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.

All the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay are on hand, so all you have to do is set down your suitcases and enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind!

Appartement super bien situé dans le centre de Poitiers à côté de l’église Notre dame La grande et des commerces donc super pratique pour les courses!Très joli appartement cosy très bien agencé tout neuf et très propre!Le lit est hyper confortable Bien sécurisé Hôte réactif Petit bémol qui devrait être précisé lors de la validation: procédure De réservation avec le paiement de la caution via un lien Avec toutes les fraudes maintenant ce n’était pas rassurant de devoir procéder ainsi sans explications au préalable sur le site dans le descriptif Cette absence d’explication peut rebuter …Je recommande vivement !
