Découvrez ce superbe appartement T4 entièrement neuf et rénové, situé dans un très bel immeuble historique. L'appartement est situé dans le centre-ville de Poitiers, au calme dans une résidence sécurisée, au 3ème et dernier étage de l'immeuble (superbe vue sur les toits de Poitiers). Il est décoré dans un style design et moderne (tous les équipements sont neufs).

L'appartement est très bien situé, à moins de 5 min à pieds de la gare de Poitiers et 5 min également de l'hypercentre. Il est idéal pour un séjour touristique comme pour un séjour d'affaires.

L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Il se compose d'une entrée privée, puis d'un très grand salon ouvert sur une cuisine entièrement équipée et moderne. L'appartement se compose également de trois grandes chambres et d'une spacieuse salle de bain avec WC séparé. Tout le confort nécessaire est fourni sur place, vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises et profiter de votre séjour !

Le logement est situé dans un immeuble historique dans une rue résidentielle très calme du coeur de ville de Poitiers. Vous avez accès à tout le logement.
Il est situé au 3ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur (superbe vue sur les toits de la ville).

La remise des clés se fait en main propre ou bien de façon autonome grâce à un système de point relais (pour les arrivées tardives par exemple).

L'appartement est en plein coeur du centre-ville de Poitiers dans une rue résidentielle très calme du plateau. De nombreux commerces sont à proximité du logements (supermarchés, épiceries, restaurants, laverie, etc...). Bien qu'il soit très proche de la gare, l'appartement offre une magnifique vue sur les toits de Poitiers et non sur la gare de Poitiers (aucun vis-à-vis ni inconvénients sonores).
