Je n'ai pas vu cette chambre de l'intérieur; je ne peux pas me prononcer sur la propreté et sur l'état. J'ai réservé une chambre de cet établissement rue Schoelcher en centre ville. Le gérant m'a transféré sans mon consentement dans un autre bâtiment en périphérie de Point à Pitre (rue Valmy) en m'expliquant qu'il n'y avait pas de place dans l'établissement du centre ville. J'ai accepté, c'était mon erreur. En y allant le soir de mon arrivée, le quartier ne m'inspirait pas confiance, je me sentais mal a l'aise, je n'y suis pas restée. Le lendemain j'ai demandé un remboursement pour motif d'annonce trompeuse, après tout la photo de l'annonce ne correspondait pas à l'adresse du bâtiment. On me l'a refusé catégoriquement et le propriétaire a essayé de faire croire que c'est moi qui me suis trompée de réservation. C'est donc clairement une annonce trompeuse et je suis sidérée devant la réaction du propriétaire alors que j'avais toutes les preuves, j'ai reçu 3 e-mails montrant l'incohérence de l'annonce (adresse rue Scholcher, avec photo du bâtiment rue Valmy). Il est évident que je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement. Cela me laisse un goût très amère aussi quant à la fiabilité des annonces hotels.com que je vérifierai dorénavant deux fois.

La chambre réservée à l'adresse de l'hôtel n'était pas disponible . Nous avons été relocalisés à un autre établissement qui était beaucoup plus éloigné de notre terminal de croisière et qui n'avait pas d'ascenseur pour mon épouse handicapée .On nous a dit que c'était la faute d'Expedia qui aurait dû nous aviser du changement
