"There are literally no outlets in the room. No charging stations except two outdated ones on a cheap alarm clock. My drapes didn’t work well and there was a sign apologizing. I don’t want a sign. Just fix it. Bathroom has shower damage that needs repair . Bathroom sink counter is impractically tiny. No shelves to speak of. Don’t get toilet paper or coffee after the second night and no one even bothered to come after the first. Beautiful location tho. But the lack of outlets is inexcusably bad."

"Excellent view, comfy bed and linens, awesome pool and sauna, fireplace was lovely after the cold pool. Complementary wine was nice. Complementary breakfast was slow and adequate. The pull out couch was very poor quality in mattress and blanket, and not in league with the rest of the experience. Overall wonderful experience."
