This 4-bedroom custom home offers modern architectural details, hardwood floors, contemporary kitchen and bathrooms, and a roof top deck with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor, you'll find 2 generously sized bedrooms with large closets, a full bathroom, the family room and access to the garage. The 2nd floor is all about open-concept design with the living and dining room adjacent to the eat-in kitchen. On this floor you'll also find the primary bedroom, a guest bedroom and another full bathroom. Each bedroom has a smart tv and large closet. The 3rd floor loft has a small home office and provides direct access to the roof top deck with its awe-inspiring views. The home is also situated near many highly-rated restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Private access to the point pleasant boardwalk, short walking distance to aquarium, arcade games and restaurants. Live music. Paradise!

Beautiful home, nicely appointed and great location
This beautiful and spacious home was perfect for our family of four. It’s a two minute walk to the beautiful Point Pleasant beaches and boardwalk. There are great restaurants to be found everywhere in Point Pleasant and we enjoyed many of them. David is an excellent host that promptly responded to any question that we might have had. The next time we return to Pt Pleasant, we will definitely stay at David’s home.
