Step into Nautilus and unwind in a modern waterfront retreat overlooking peaceful waterways. Perfectly positioned for a relaxed coastal escape, this stylish home blends comfort, views, and outdoor living in one inviting space.

Enjoy water views from the front living area, or relax in the open-plan rear living space that flows directly to an alfresco BBQ area and grassed yard—ideal for kids and pets. A nearby park with playground, BBQ facilities, and basketball half-court is just steps away, along with walking and cycling tracks connecting you to Queenscliff and beyond.

The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy holiday cooking, including a coffee machine and butler’s pantry, with a large dining table for shared meals. Heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

Accommodation includes three bedrooms, with a private master suite featuring an ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a central bathroom with bath and shower. A study nook provides a handy space for work or quiet time.

With a double garage and easy access to beaches, waterways, and local towns, Nautilus is perfectly placed for both relaxation and adventure.

BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, tea towels). Linen hire available by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats allowed) permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Key collection is in Queenscliff, a short drive away. Details will be emailed prior to arrival.

Quiet, coastal comfort

Lovely modern residence with everything you need. Great secure yard for the dog and lovely outdoor eating space. Location is ideal for dog walks around the canals and a short drive or bike ride to beach. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back again. Very clean and importantly beds were nice and comfy. Thanks for having us!
