This apartment (100m2) includes a private garden, multiple terraces with amazing views and a balcony and is located at the Borgo of Pognana Lario.
It's an excellent opportunity to stay and enjoy the real Italia and visit the lake, Como and Bellagio. The house provides you a complete private and authentic feeling!
The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, bathroom, garden-room, living-room and a full equiped kitchen. The appartment offers everything you need.
For extra sleeping possibilities the sofa at the living room can be changed into 2 sofa beds.
Be aware that the apartment is at the Borgo and is a few minutes walk of the parking and is reachable by a short walk up.
The appartment is enlarged at 2020 with a brand new kitchen.
Dono Il Lago is located at the old borgo of Pognana. Besides having beautiful views on the lake don't forget to stroll around and enjoy the cobbled ancient streets of Pognana.
The public parking is about 300 metres from the borgo and the borgo can not be reached by car.
One last thing to mention: the house of George Clooney is directly at the other side of the lake and can be seen from the appartment, the garden and the terraces.
