Rent villa Alba Serena housing estate on the edge of a sandy beach with tennis court and small football / basketball stadium and car parking in front of the gate.
Ideal for holidays!The house is located in a subdivision of villas 35 km south of Bastia and 100 km from Porto-Vecchio.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs for 4 people.
On the ground floor, the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
The villa is surrounded by a private garden with a covered terrace. You have at your disposal, Sunbathing and barbecue.
The beach is 2 minutes walk, the village of Moriani is the nearest 1.5 km, very touristy you will find everything you need.


Nearby: You will find all the amenities in Folleli or Moriani plage: Shopping center, bakeries, butcher, fruit and vegetables, restaurants, pizzerias, cellars, pharmacies, doctors, post office, etc ... Wir waren im August mit unseren 2 Kindern auf Korsika. Der Strand in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung ist toll und auch in der Hochsaison nicht zu überlaufen. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Apotheke schnell zu erreichen. Interessant war die Lage, die sich anders als in der Anzeige beschrieben, direkt unterhalb der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse befindet und es somit immer laut ist. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist nett, die Betten gut. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ohne Klimaanlage und somit sehr warm. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, in den Schränken riecht es muffig, es befinden sich auch einige persönliche Gegenstände der Vermieter im Haus. Leider war die Ferienwohnung nach unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und der Garten verwildert. Man konnte nicht von einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre sprechen. Man sollte auch im Vorfeld von den 500€ Kaution und 50€ für die Endreinigung wissen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war am Anfang sehr unfreundlich und auch ausschließlich auf französisch möglich. Als mein Sohn krank wurde, erhielten wir aber dankbare Tipps. Außerdem hatten wir wirklich nur sehr schlechten Handyempfang, W-Lan gibt es ja leider nicht. Für 120€ pro Nacht hatten wir etwas mehr erhofft. Wir brauchen keinen Luxus. Aber nette Vermieter und eine saubere Unterkunft wären schon toll gewesen. Anzeige Anzeige besxhrieben

Leider nicht mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist nicht für 5 Personen geeignet. Hat keine Klimaanlage und WLAN. Die Betten sind katastrophal. Die Steckdosen funktionieren nicht in den Zimmern. Die Kommunikation nur auf Französisch. Wir werden das Objekt nicht mehr buchen. Für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben viel zu hoch.

Génial maison très bien situé direct a la plage.

Maison avec 2 belle chambre à 2 mn de la plage centre commercial à 5km pizzeria juste à côté aussi le petit jardin avec barbecue sympa aussi .
