Cardisco, casually furnished in comfortable Tuscan style, is located on the first floor of the villa complex. The apartment includes two double bedrooms, with beds in wrought iron, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. Spacious garden (more than 3000 s. meters) at disposal for all the guests with tables, chairs and a BBQ.
- Thanks to a careful restructuring, the Casale di Villore has remained intact over time. The interior design and rustic exterior combine in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. Looking from the windows of the old tower it is clear how the panorama is as it was in the past and the spirit of "old" Tuscany is still there waiting for it to be rediscovered by anyone who spends a holiday period at the Casale. 
The village is divided into six apartments of different sizes but can also be rented as a private villa in its entirety.If rented separately, each apartment will have its own entrance, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private kitchen and customers will only share the outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool, with the other guests. 
While, rented as a villa, customers will have the opportunity to enjoy the entire property privately and fully enjoy a holiday of relaxation and total independence. In this case the Sangioveto, Prugnolo, Cardisco and Morellino apartments will be unified with each other (with internal doors) and the entire farmhouse can accommodate up to 16 people. 
All the apartments, and therefore the villa, have been furnished with great care by the owner, combining the old family furniture with original pieces of modern furniture. 
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Beautiful location with fantastic views and lovely pool.

We stayed in Cardisco apartment. We had a very warm welcome from Antonio and the apartment was very clean with beautiful views from every window. Bedrooms were large and nicely furnished, the kitchen area and lounge rather small and kitchen adequately equipped but no proper oven (just a combined microwave/oven/grill). Unfortunately the weather was extremely hot and with no air conditioning or ceiling fans (only one desk fan in each bedroom) this made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Cardisco also doesn't have a private outdoor space, but there are plenty of tables and outdoor seating areas around the property. Lots to do and explore around the area.

Superb villa with incredible views from the infinity pool towards San Gimignano.

I have just spent a fantastic week with my family in this wonderful villa near Poggibonsi. The villa has beautiful views towards San Gimignano from its pool and the owner Antonio is very helpful and was kind enough to meet us in Poggibonsi to guide us to the villa, as we arrived late evening. It is very conveniently located in Tuscany, allowing easy day trips to Florence, Siena and Lucca, as well as being very close to the many vineyards in Chianti.

Wonderful Tuscan escape

Everything about our holiday was perfect. Antonio was a warm and friendly host, providing great itinerary suggestions. Beautiful rustic Tuscan apartment, spotlessly clean on arrival. The view from our windows was spectacular. The pool was a favourite for our children & the deck chairs for us. Lovely gardens and tables with views. Great location, visit medieval Tuscan villages in the morning & relax by the pool in the afternoon and eat in the many splendid restaurants nearby!

Beautiful, picturesque Tuscan villa

I stayed here with my girlfriend and our two close fiends in the Cardisco unit. It is a very cozy and intimate 2 bedroom with a small kitchenette. It was the perfect size and cost for us. The views of the country side from the upstairs unit are amazing; as were the views from the infinity pool. We visited in May and the pool was not heated. However, during the middle of the day it was sometimes warm enough to swim and take in the countryside view. Antonio and his staff were very accommodating and always willing to share their knowledge of the area. In fact, two of the restaurants Antonio recommended turned out to be the best meals we had during our nine day visit. Keep in mind that there are no nearby stores (grocery or otherwise), so you will need a car to make the mile long trip to Poggibonsi. About Poggibonsi: this little town (40,000+ population?) was not crowded with tourists at all. We loved spending time in Poggibonsi, browsing the market, eating food, and just people watching in one of the many squares throughout town. I believe there were not many tourists because the town was heavily bombed during WWII resulting in very little old architecture remaining. This is made up for by giving you a very "local" feel. Travel tip: bring toilet paper and soap with you when you arrive. When we arrived at Cardisco these were not stocked. Antonio made sure to provide these upon request, though, but you may not think to check or ask about these supplies when you arrive. We found this to be the case everywhere we traveled in Europe, so it is not affecting my review negatively. Just be prepared.

Très bon accueil appartement conforme à la description, par contre prix du chauffage non annoncé et un peu élevé (8 euros/jour) pour des températures printanières et un radiateur non branché dans la salle de bains.

Taumhaft schöne Anlage: Pool mit fantastischen Blick, Olivenbäume, stilvolle Wohnung.

Meine Frau und ich (wir sind Anfang/Mitte 30) haben einen wunderbaren und erholsamsten Sommerurlaub gehabt. Der sehr saubere Pool bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick über die toskanische Hügellandschaft bis nach San Gimignano. Unter den Olivenbäumen am Pool lässt es sich auch in der Mittagssonne prima aushalten. Die stilvoll bepflanzte Anlage ist weitläufig genug, dass man trotz anderer Feriengäste immer einen ruhigen eigenen Platz findet. Am Pool waren wir sogar oft allein. Antonio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und er verkauft Wein und Olivenöl aus eigenen Anbau. Über die kurvige Straße ist man in 10 Min. in Poggibonsi, wo es große Supermärkte gibt. Von dort gelangt man auch schnell nach Siena, Florenz und San Gimignano. Die Ferienwohnung ist toskanisch aber nicht kitschig eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien sowie einen großen neuen und leisen Kühlschrank. Wir haben häufig in der Ferienwohnung gekocht (auch weil es in der Nähe nicht viele Restaurants gibt - fußläufig gar keins). Dafür ist es auf dem Gelände sehr ruhig. Nur ganz vereinzelt Autos, keine Flugzeuge - dafür Grillen, Vögel und Summen der Insekten. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Es war der erste Urlaub in der Toskana und garantiert nicht der letzte! Um den Urlaub genießen zu können, benötigt man eine adäquate Unterkunft! Und die hatten wir in Poggibonsi gefunden! Von Lage über Ambiente bis hin zur Ausstattung war es einfach nur perfekt! Unterstützt wurde dieser Eindruck ebenfalls durch Camilla, die uns während des Urlaubs mit ihrer überaus freundlichen und kompetenten Art zur Seite stand! Selbst als es leider nachts etwas kälter wurde, war es kein Problem, die Heizsaison etwas früher als geplant zu eröffnen! Wir kommen wieder!!! 5 Sterne verdient!!!
