Newly built, these stunning 4 bedroom villa with private pool is a great location to watch the sunset form the 2nd floor roof-terrace or seeting all day on the big outside terrace.

Revel in the contrast between warmth and cool, sunlight and shadow at this villa. Whole day you can stretch out on the lounge chairs around the pool or on a roof terrace, cool off in the pool, sip refreshments at the sunny outdoor sitting area and prepare local seafood on the barbecue to eat at the al-fresco dining area.

Each of the villa`s four bedrooms has a king bed, air conditioning and two of them are en-suite. Main bedroom has their own terrace with sea-view.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Croatian Secret

Beautiful first class home arrived and Claudia was awaiting us there with refreshments and appetizers which was so appreciated ,since we had a very long drive. Im from USA and live in Europe . Weve wanted to visit Croatia for a few years and definitely will be back next year. Podstrana is perfect right next to Split a beautiful city is 5 minute drive away from the city but still there. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches, very salty water and my son who has asthama felt so much better after a few days here. We enjoyed the view from the master bedroom of the sea incredible crystal clear water 5 minute walk, to the beach the market even closer 3 minute walk. The owners called and surprised us with an invitation for a traditional meal “ PEKA” it was a real treat . We went to home of locals and they served up this delicious meal. Very nice helpful people . Theres so much to do for everyone its impossible in 9 days. One of our best vacations yet. Thank you for everything, Marlita and Vladas and family

Alles Top!

Waren super begeistert! Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war die WLAN Stärke, da die Villa echt riesig ist hatte man nicht überall optimales WLAN. Aber ansonsten war von der Sauberkeit, von der Vermieterin bis zum Haus an sich alles einfach ein perfekter Urlaub und ist nur weiter zu empfehlen!!
